No dryer but there is a laundromat two mins drive down the road. *Lounge/second bedroom On the other side of the grand hallway is a lounge with a couch/bed (for one extra person/child), Smart TV, microwave, fridge, coffee pod, crockery, continental breakfast provided. *Outdoor space Secluded front lawn with table/brazier, outdoor chairs. *Please note, that you are staying in the central city and near train tracks so you may hear a few going past. The villa is at the end of a cul de sac so usually not a lot of busy road traffic passing by.

Close By: Caludelands Event Centre, Claudelands Park and Playground, Nature bush walk - Te Papanui. Hamilton Gardens are famous in the Southern Hemisphere and a "must" visit. The CBD is five minutes drive or 15 minutes walk - plenty of cafe's, restaurants, nightclubs and two malls. There is a Cosmopolitan Club next door. You will need to be a Club or associated member. Supermarket and a variety of cafes are two minutes' drive or 5 minutes' walk. *Hamilton is central to many tourist spots. Raglan by the sea is 45 minutes' drive. Waitomo Caves are 1 hours' drive. Hobbiton is 40 minutes. The Tongariro Alpine Crossing famous one-day walk, Mt Ruapehu and Whakapapa Skifield is 3 hours' drive. Many white sand beaches on the Coromandel Peninsula - from 1.5 hours' drive.
