Welcome to our cosy retreat in Hamilton East! This two-bedroom home features a spacious living room, ideal for couples or families. Located minutes from Hamilton’s CBD, it offers a large garden, a fully equipped kitchen, free private parking, and WiFi. Major attractions like the University of Waikato, Hamilton Gardens, and Waikato Stadium are within a 10-minute drive. Enjoy a 42-inch smart TV with Netflix/Apple TV. Towels and bed linens are included for your comfort.
Originally form Chile and have been living in Hamilton for over 14 years! Love to travel and seek adventures around NZ and internationally.
Safe and quite residential neighborhood. Close to nice takeaways, supermarkets and Hamilton attractions.
