SELF Check-in/Check-out Home with check in no earlier than 3:00 pm and check-out at 11:30 am This lovely and very reasonably priced 1 bedroom (2 real beds) apartment home is equipped for a very comfortable stay. The very clean home with comfortable beds host FREE Towels and Linen. For your convenience, there are also Dishes, Pots and Pans, cooking and eating utensils also provided FREE of charge. Sometimes the owner is able to provide a small bar of face soap and miniature size shampoo and body lotion also FREE of charge. However, the owner kindly requests all guests to bring along additional soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. If you would rather purchase these items in the supermarket, just steps from the home, you may hold off on bringing these toiletries. This home is located in the heart of Columbia Heights within just a couple of city blocks from the METRO train, Supermarket, bike rentals, shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and restaurants and a World Health Gym with indoor swimming, free weights, nautilus equipment, tennis courts and basketball courts. Enjoy chain restaurants & stores like a 24 hour IHOP, Panda Express, Panera Bread, Starbuck

The neighborhood is in a residential area; however, just steps from a busy commercial section. There is a Supermarket with Bike Rentals in front of the Market. There is a small townsquare where local farmers come to sell freshly grown fruits and vegetables during the spring, summer and fall. There is a Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy, Five Guys, Panera Bread, Yoghurt Store, Vegan Restaurant, Chinese restaurants, Italian Restaurants, and loads of other eateries. There is a Best Buy, Marshalls, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Target, and a World Health Sports Center. The neighborhood has loads of foot traffic; bicyclists, joggers, and many who frequent the dog parks with their pups.
