Delight in your next mountain retreat with the ski-in/ski-out access and peace and quiet that this condo has to offer. Newly remodeled last year, the condo is family friendly (equipped with high chair, Pack 'N Play, and a small capacity washer-dryer combo) and you will find everything you need for the perfect mountain escape in this one-bedroom condo with a loft. Make your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen (equipped with Shabu Shabu Hot Pot & BBQ Grill Pan) and then relax after a day of adventure in the inviting living room with a 4K smart TV, gas fireplace and the hot tub. The couches in the living room and dining room pull out into queen-size sofa beds. Off of the living room, you will find the main bedroom that boasts a queen-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a loft with two queen beds and a bathroom. Summer is an amazing time to spend time in this lovely condo centrally located to an abundance of activities. Enjoy amazing hiking, tennis, biking, boating and fising on Lake Grandby, take in a round or two of golf at Grandy Ranch and relax in the Hot Sulphur springs. Fire up the outdoor grill and enjoy the seasonal pool. Rocky Mountain National Park and Arapaho National Forest are just a 30 minute drive away. Winter Park is also a short drive and offers many summer events including the Winter Park Jazz Festival July 18-19 and Winter Park Wine Fest Sept 18-19.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
