Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this basement apt. was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests below our primary home. Wonderful, large 900 sq ft, open floor plan apartment on James Creek. The acre lot landscaping is still being reconstructed. Pets are allowed. There is no fence on our property. There is a large open space park 300’ away as well as access to USFS 1/4 mile from your door. Enjoy cooler temps at 7000 ft elevation. In winter, enjoy the radiant heat floors throughout apt. Minimalist decor, outdoor active space, 40 min to Rocky Mountain National Park, 20 min to Boulder
An optimistic, down to earth, nature loving, educator and mom who enjoys meeting others and introducing them to our lovely community.
A wonderful mountain community, Jamestown, population 280 people. 300' from house is a large park with tennis court, basketball court, playground, volleyball sand court, labyrinth. US Forest Service trails surround the town. 1000' (center of town) is a smaller park with horseshoe pit across the street from "The Merc". Both parks have a bandshell! Go fishing on the creek. Use the pool table/ping pong table, firepit (no bonfires), trampoline on the property. City of Boulder 20 min. Rocky Mountain National Park 40 min. Denver 1 hour.
