The Property Owner rents a safe home; however, the owner accepts no responsibility for any accidents or incidents that may occur. Acceptance of this reservation requires that [FULL_NAME] agrees to securing their own travel insurance, prior to traveling to our home. The Guest’s insurance must cover the cost of any slippage and/ or falls or other accidents on the Guest’s Property. This is an extremely quiet neighborhood and is accessible to the Metro Buses which can take you to the Metro Train in a mile, south. This is a newly renovated lower-level apartment home.

This lower level apartment home is approximately 1 mile (or a 6 min. bus ride and a 5 minute taxi) from The Columbia Heights METRO Station . It is located in an affluent neighborhood bordered by Rock Creek Park to the north, west, and south, and by 16th Street to the east. The apartment home is in a neighborhood of large single-family homes with manicured lawns and deer roaming around because it is located nearby the home of the deer - The Rock Creek Park This very clean three bedroom lower level apartment home is located below a family that rents the upper home. It is in a very quiet neighborhood approximately 3.5 miles north of the White House directly off of 16th Street, North West. Just steps from the home, you may walk to catch a bus on 16th Street Northwest and go South to the White House and multiple other tourist attractions like the U.S. Capitol, The Washington Monument, The Smithsonian Institute, the Pentagon 9/11 National Memorial Site, The FBI and other attractions.
