The Oasis is a best kept secret in the heart of Clinton, Maryland. Conveniently located just a few miles from MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital, Andrews Air Force Base, the beautiful National Harbor on the Potomac River and 495 DC Maryland Virginia beltway. Accessible to public transportation (bus stop) via a modest walk. Get to major retail stores and restaurants within a mile. This single-family home is an excellent, comfortable alternative to traditional hotels and motels. Get the comfort of a home and outstanding hospitality from the retired couple who manages and lives at this location.

The neighborhood is an older neighborhood with homes built in the 60s. The Oasis is newly renovated and a beautiful hidden gem. People love this location because it is a nice suburb with convenient access to urban areas and the nation’s capital.
