This fabulous ground floor apartment has one of the best positions in Hout Bay. Looking directly onto the beach, you can literally hop, skip and jump into the sea. The outside entertainment area offers panoramic views from Chapman's Peak to the Sentinel, all from the comfort of your chair. The complex has 24 hour security, a heated indoor pool (perfect for those winter breaks), a gym next door, easy access to the My-Citi Bus terminal/public transport, not to mention the abundence of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment.

Hout Bay is a thriving fishing village with over 50 restaurants to choose from. Well know for it's diversity, it is a family friendly destination, conveniently located within 20 minutes of the Constantia Valley wine route, 15 minutes of both Llandudno and Camps Bay Beaches and 30 minutes from the CBD.
