This stunning and newly renovated self-catering holiday house located in 16 Mile Estate is waiting for you! Only 45min from Cape Town, this is a perfect family getaway! With a lovely outdoor entertainment area with braai and pool. Just minutes from the front door there is a private beach access to 16 Mile beach. This fully furnished consists of 3 bedrooms, and an open-plan living area. The main bedroom (en-suite) is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the other two bedrooms with double beds. All the bedding and towels, will be provided during your stay, as well as body soap and hairdryer. Home away from home!! The fully equipped kitchen contains a microwave, oven, a fridge-freezer, and a separate scullery area with a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a 6-seater table, and the lounge features a Smart flat-screen TV with Netflix and YouTube. Free Wi-Fi Internet is also provided in the house. The house is equipped with solar panels, so loadshedding will not be an issue during your stay!! (Unfortunately no heating of pool). With all the appliances, tv and lights working during loadshedding, except for the geyser and stove, you can enjoy your stay, hassle free. The house also borders a large green belt, and the development borders a nature reserve on the one side which has plenty of bird life. There are excellent cycle trails in and around Mile 16 Private Beach estate but even within the development, it is a great safe space to bring kids bikes and let them play outside!
