The Beach House is located in the famous village of Hout Bay (Hout Baai), Cape Town, South Africa and is in a secure estate offering direct beach access. Each room boasts stunning beach and mountain views, including a view of Cape Town’s famous Chapman’s Peak Drive. The house is modern, bright and spacious with two beautiful living rooms, three ensuite bedrooms, air-conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave oven), and an outside patio with braai (barbeque) facilities, leading directly onto a communal swimming pool. The roof-top area can be utilised for relaxing while soaking up the sun or during the evening while enjoying the views. Mesh WIFI throughout, 24/7 electricity (not impacted by load shedding) is also provided. Two bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, and the third has two single beds that can be joined into a double bed. All beds are fitted with luxury mattresses and linen. Two of the bathrooms offer a bath and shower, with the third bathroom offering a shower.

Cape Town is a short scenic drive away, either by taking the ocean view route or the leafy, green wine estates. Also, a drive along the scenic Chapman’s Peak road offers incredible vistas of unsurpassed beauty while on your way to Noordhoek, Simonstown and Kalk Bay and ending at Cape Point. Mountains and ocean surround Cape Town. This city is one of the most beautiful in the world.
