I am offering a self-catering unit that comprises three apartments, all boasting stunning sea views. Two of these apartments are situated on the ground floor and share a spacious wooden terrace with a sea view, providing the option for outdoor dining.
The smaller apartment features one bedroom, equipped with a coffee bar, microwave, fridge, and a bathroom. Meanwhile, the larger apartments come with a separate kitchen that includes a fridge, stove, microwave, and a bathroom. Moreover, the larger apartments offer the added luxury of a freestanding Victoria bathtub.
On the upper floor, there is a Maisonette apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, a freestanding bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen.

My house is located in Hout Bay Heights, directly above the Hout Bay Marina at Hout Bay Harbour. From here, you can savor breathtaking sea views and wake up to the sounds of sea lions in the morning. Additionally, you'll find yourself conveniently close to Hout Bay Harbor and the Hop On/Hop Off bus, which offers a scenic route to Cape Town along the stunning coastline.
My house is situated adjacent to the fishermen's village, so you will need to pass through the modest neighborhood to reach our community. The neighborhood primarily consists of South Africans of diverse ethnic backgrounds, ensuring a safe environment. To support the local community, we exclusively collaborate with residents of Hout Bay.
