Nestled close to the beach, this house offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy endless fun in the games room, complete with a pool table and dartboard. For cozy evenings, the indoor fireplace provides warmth and ambiance, while the outdoor braai area upstairs is ideal for alfresco dining with ocean views. The lounge area extends onto a patio that boasts distant sea views. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, each with access to a shared bath/shower room. On the ground floor, additional accommodations include a twin room and a single room, complemented by a convenient kitchenette and another bath/shower room. Stay connected with a Fibre optic internet connection and free Wi-Fi available throughout the house. We have free roaming Chacma baboons which strictly are not to fed as well as free roaming porcupines, mongoose, oyster catchers, Egyptian wild geese and some very shy buck, Please travel by car as we are remote. Prepaid electricity meters are in place for the account of the tenant.
