Since 2006 I have been renting out and managing holiday apartments and holiday homes in the Constantia Valley near Cape Town (in the back of Table Mountain). There are now a total of 11 properties, from one-room apartments to luxury villas with several bedrooms. In addition, I offer day tours of important sights and landscapes (e.g. the famous Winelands). We can also assist you further in planning your stay in South Africa, i. a. with a competitive quote for a rental car. Our local partners are often able to offer cheaper rates than those agencies known around the world, with car quality at least equivalent to international standards. In addition, we can organize day tours for you, e.g. to the winelands around Stellenbosch or Franschhoek with or without a driver and/or a guide (wine expert). In addition, activities like whale watching, shark diving, game rides, boots tours and other things for Corporate Rates, which means REDUCED PRICES for our guests. Bookings in the many very good restaurants in the Constantia Valley or elsewhere on the Cape Peninsula are a matter of course, according to your taste and daily appetite.

Solar-powered holiday home on a secure plot in the famous Constantia wine region south of Cape Town with an electrically heated swimming pool and battery backup in case of power failure (load-shedding). The living area has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and guest toilet downstairs. Upstairs, there is large bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, both en-suite to the bathroom. Two AirCon-Systems. Veranda/terrace with seating areas and barbecue. Fast WiFi and Smart TV. Garage parking.

Neighborhood info

We are situated in beautiful countryside with all of the trappings of contemporary living. Constantia has an excellent infrastructure with all amenities. Imagine leafy tree-lined avenues, flourishing vineyards and elegant private residences. Short drives to the False Bay coastline with its charming historical suburbs or to the white-sanded beaches of Hout Bay and Llandudno. Constantia is an ideal place for a serene and relaxed holiday in Cape Town. The well-known private clinic, Constantiaberg Hospital, is only approx. 900 m away. Our wider area is called "Constantia Valley", the jewel of the Cape, steeped in history and breathtaking scenery. It is the birthplace of the wine farming industry in South Africa. World-class wines are produced in these lovely green surroundings and are accoladed for their escalating quality. Visitors can taste the fine wines and experience a unique journey through each of the eight open-for-public farms, which also hold top-class Restaurants, e.g. "Chef’s Warehouse" at Beau Constantia and "The Restaurant" at Buitenverwachting. The farms are all within a few minutes' drive of each other. With two top-class golf courses within the valley.
