Dolfinhouse is a doublestorey house.The owner stays upstairs. The groundfloor is allocated to guests. It is centrally situated: walking distance from the main beach, Rosmead bakery, medical centre, shops, restaurants, Yzerfontein sportsclub and the well known16 mile beach. It has no seaview, but is close enough to hear the sea roars and watch the seagulls in the sky. There is a very spacious open plan lounge- diningroom-kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and all utensils. There is an oven and stove, microvawe, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, airfryer, toaster and kettle in the kitchen. There are three bedrooms. The first one has got a kingsize bed, the second one a queensize bed and the third one has got two single beds. There is one spacious bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom has got a bathroom in the bedroom. Guests always enjoy the outside braai area ( not a shared area..exclusive for guests staying in the apartment.).. which is about 7 m from the apartment .They love to spend their evenings there .In front of the house is an enclosed garden. Please note: The swimming pool has no fencing. Guests can park their cars at night on the property behind the gate.
I am an ex teacher and married and with children.I love the outdoors.. so gardening, walking on the beach and also being creative is very relaxing for me. l enjoy hosting ..specially meeting people all over the world is very exciting! So guests are most welcome to come and relax and enjoy themselves at Dolfinhouse.
We live in a very safe neighbourhood where the children still walk to there friends .. during the day as well as the evenings.People still know and care fot each other. Because my house has a perfect location, I walk everywhere.. whether it is to the beach , beautiparlour, restaurants, Yzerfontein sportsclub , Yzer Bru, Rosmead bakery or shops.The well known 16 mile beach is also on my doorstep. I live opposit the caravaanpark where kids can make use of the playground equipment. The Westcoast National Park as well as Buffelsfontein Game Reserve are just some of the attractions to visit during your stay in Yzerfontein.
