The lovely bright and airy apartment is in a safe and secure residential complex, and boasts open-plan living downstairs, leading onto a large patio with a private swimming pool and beautiful views. Conveniently located in Hout Bay with shops, café’s and restaurants nearby. The city centre is a 20min drive away, beaches are a 2min walk away, the Constantia winelands are a 10min drive away, and the Stellenbosch winelands are a 40min drive away. An underground garage is available, as is visitor’s parking. The kitchen is fitted with an oven and a microwave, as well as a kettle. A flat-screen TV is provided. Other facilities include a barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.
Conveniently located in Hout Bay with shops, café’s and restaurants nearby.
