Luxury bungalow overlooking the beautiful Hout Bay Valley. Close to the village centre and beach, spacious family home for maximum 8 people. Sunny living room with Netflix TV, dining room, well equipped kitchen, laundry area. Covered glass sunny passage leads to 4 bedrooms: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second, third and fourth bedroom with shared bathroom. Beautiful indigenous garden with sheltered pool. BBQ area overlooking stunning mountain and valley views. Secure off street parking for 2 cars. Perimeter security system. The accommodation is load shedding proof, i.e. everything electrical works all the time, supported by solar energy.
Half Dutch, half South African, my heart lies here. I enjoy the people, the atmosphere and dynamics of the country. There is so much to enjoy if you are anxious to experience something new and exciting. I live on the property and i am always available to help out when so required.
Hout Bay Hilltop house is situated on a elevated, large plot of land so that you can fully enjoy the views and allround privacy. Yet it is close to the beach and village centre.
