The spacious house (220 sq.m.) is located a few minutes away from spectacular Noordhoek Beach, and nestling under the mountains of the Silvermine Nature Reserve. The property boasts a large private garden incorporating a playground (with swings, sandpit, monkey bars, sleg & ninja lines), chickens,a pond, a large swimming pool (12x5m) and plenty of furniture for relaxing in the fresh air. The interior, decor and furnishings combine superb taste and style and have the warmth of an original and friendly farmhouse. Each room is created with a lot of love in its own style and personality. From here you enjoy a 270 degree view of the mountains, the valley, the wetlands and the sea and you can observe a wide variety of bird life. Little Paradise is an ideal place to spend your holiday with small children or friends. Electricity backed up by solar / UPS and there is a gas stove to be more independent during loadshedding. We are living with our daugther at the other end of the property which is over 4200 sqm. Adjacent to the guest house is the Garden Cottage which is rented out separately. The pool and front garden is exclusively for the guests of Little Paradise. Guests of the Garden Cottage pass Little Paradise at the back of the house.

Located in Noordhoek, the green heart of the Cape Peninsula, close to all attractions of Cape Town. In walking distance you will find the Noordhoek Garden Emporium with "Guys Coffee Shop" and "Our Cafe". The Noordhoek Farm Village with it's own 'arts-and-crafts shops' and delicious restaurants as well as Cape Point Vineyard, the Red Herring Centre and the Longbeach and Sun Valley Mall are only a few minute drive away.
