Just minutes from the front door there is a private beach access to 16 Mile beach. Only 45min from Cape Town, this is a perfect getaway! The house is modern. Each bedroom has a double bed. The bedrooms each have a ceiling fan- and built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a large ensuite and there is another full guest bathroom. There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining room. All mod cons are included as well as bedding and towels. Double garage/games room has a ping pong table and dart board. Other games include Cornhole plus an outdoor hook and ring game. Baby crib, highchair and security gate (living room to pool area) is available on request. There is parking for 3 cars on site. Most importantly PETS ARE WELCOME! This is a dog’s paradise and they will love walks on the beach. Please note that they will need to be kept on a leash when walking around the estate. The house also borders a large green belt, and the development borders a nature reserve on the one side which has plenty of bird life. There are excellent cycle trails in and around Mile 16 Private Beach estate but even within the development, it is a great safe space to bring kids bikes and let them play outside!
