Pet friendly, ideal for friends or families, the house can accommodate various groupings of visitors. Well positioned, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Lemon and Lime deli. This home was designed by the Architect/owner with high ceilings, spacious living areas and plenty of natural light. Protected by dunes, generous sliding doors open onto a sunny stoep and a 1500msq enclosed fynbos garden with views of the surrounding Overberg.
I am an architect in Stellenbosch, currently running my own practice. We have two children and two dogs keeping me busy in the afternoons. We like to travel as a family when we get the chance and I love coming back home inspired and grateful.
Pringle Bay is a small coastal town approximately 1.5hrs drive from Cape Town and an hour from Stellenbosch. The coastal drive or Clarence drive is a spectacular coastal drive with amazing mountain and sea views. Enjoy typical white sandy beaches as well as a charming lagoon and small gravel roads in this quaint seaside settlement. Lemon and Lime is an excellent deli, as well as other good little restaurants in the town centre.
