Amazing staff. One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind. It's something I would not generally expect from a large hotel.

Big and confy rooms, well maintained. I had a third space room which is very elegant and with access to Executive lounge.

Basically everything. They even have 2 washing machines for the guests to do laundry.

This hotel is designed with attention to details, you can feel the quality is every where. From the material in the furniture to the beddings, and amenities to the lighting programming. One of the best designed hotels I ever stayed.

I thought the room was comfortable. Bed was good. Shower was good and enjoyed my time.

Amazing rooms, hotel design, location and top staff

I have stayed at many hotels around the world and I believe the staff and services at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen were some of the best I ever recieved. The staff was amazing, attentive, and treated me wonderfully. The location was great and close to many malls, bars, and restaurants. Room was clean with a beautiful view of the city. Will definitely stay again

All the facilties where in perfect condition, the breakfast was very good and clean, and above all the stuff was excellent
