This is a lovely New Zealand owned hotel close to many sightseeings in Rotorua. The hotel is very clean and pleasant.

Beautiful location and a relaxing place. Nice lake side view and a lake side access to relax. Rotorua is a beautiful place and this resort makes it all worth it.

Staff absolutely lovely. I enjoyed access to the spa pools and a room close to the pools. Restaurant food and staff were great.

It’s really nice to have private spa pool, and the outdoor swimming pool for a change, our family enjoyed so much.

The room we had was roomy, with a kitchen sink, ensuite bedroom, and a front extra bedroom. We've stayed here before, and this is good value for money for one night (we only booked 2 hours beforehand, so this worked out well).

Very convenient to the city park. Pool was clean and warm. Desk clerk even stopped by the room to make sure we were comfortable.

Great location on a quiet street but within walking distance of shops, restaurants, etc.

Entrance to the apartment was via electronic lock and the code was sent ahead of time. I found that the communication from Grant was exceptional and I felt like I was well informed at all times. My car was parked securely in front of my apartment (off the road)
