One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! The staff was extremely welcoming, the hotel dog is adorable and the location is fantastic!

Smooth check-in process. Spacious and clean room and bathroom, nice view over Hobart. Portacot was already set up for our baby (requested prior). Note there is no lift for 2nd storey rooms. The hotel is located on a steep hill, but walking distance to City Park (if you don't mind walking up the hill!)

Wonderful accomodation. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Photos on the web are spot on. Piia was extremely helpful. The building itself was amazing.

Everything was perfect. Great location for exploring Launceston yet in a quiet location. Comfortable bed and Matt on reception was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend staying at the coach house.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location or property. Everything was exceptionally clean, beds were so comfortable and the location was easy to find and close to many eateries. We wished we had more than one night! We love the concept behind it all too.

We stayed in the King Penthouse with Sofa Bed. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Loved the gas fire. It was within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We were staying with another couple and had booked two rooms. Upon arrival, one of our lovely reception staff upgraded one of the rooms which was a much larger space to gather in. Couldn’t fault our stay, great eateries outside doorstep, clean, comfy, great location . Staff very obliging and we loved the complimentary chocolate truffles at lift entry!

Older style hotel, that had opening windows upstairs, which I loved.

Excellent service and staff was happy to help bring the luggage up the stairs and from the room to the car. Food was also exceptional!

Convenient location, Coles supermarket across the street, some restaurants nearby. Hotel also have attached restaurant, got pretty busy at night.

Room and Bed were very comfotabl. Had great sleep.
