Where to start? Being an Ace Hotel it's obviously very stylish. The room was super comfy and quiet (except for one incident). Really nice bar (with DJ in the evening) and restaurant. The service and staff were exceptional. We arrived very early but because it was my birthday they found us a room that we could check in and freshen up straight away. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Location is also very good, in easy walking distance to Central and Museum station and to Surry Hill. We will be back!

Value for money. Walking distances to down town, and only 2-300m has an IGA supermarket.

The food is excellent! The room is clean, and there is a water dispenser downstairs which is really convenient. There are also toothbrushes and slippers if you ask for it. No noise as well. Location is great.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure was enough.

I was in a two story room! I loved it so much. It was very quirky and such a great location. It was noisy in the bar because of burger Wednesday, but I couldn't hear anything in the room. Our niece was in a separate room, but not too far from us. Loved it a lot.

Location. The room was perfect and soooo clean.

The location is extremely close to Museum station. I also liked the breakfast tray.

Loved the vibe and welcome. Really lovely and genuine. The refreshing tea on tap was a bonus too! Oh and the bottle of water with citrus twist, really appreciated. Its the little things!

Located only minutes away from the train station. Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Walking distance to penthouse

Great service. Loved the amenities, Honour bar and attention to detail. Great communal spaces like the rooftop to relax and sit with friends. Comfortable rooms. Convenient location in the middle of surry hills but still very quiet.

We had a kichenette which we could cook our meals. And the staff were all very kind.

Everything, absolutely perfect. Very trendy, looks brand new.
