Good location, great staff and nice rooms.

The hotel was excellent, great location, friendly staff, and the bedrooms were superb. While a work trip, I was accompanied by my partner. She loved the pool, and sauna area. Overall, excellent facilities and we will be back

The location of the hotel is wonderful, very easy to get around and see. The Queen Victoria's market was just a few minute walk, Pitt Street was just right around the corner, and The Opera House was a relaxing walk from the hotel as well. The staff was very efficient and patient, especially a man that was at the breakfast lounge who was welcoming and friendly towards me and my family!

The staff was friendly and offered excellent services. The breakfast was fantastic!! I would like to come back again if I go traveling to Sydney next time.

The location, the room size, comfort & the cleanliness of the room was immaculate. No fault there whatsoever so ever. Along with the value of the room. The price I paid was quite surprising. I would definitely stay there multiple times for that price so close to Christmas. I have already recommended this spot to multiple friends and family.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I could borrow a converter since I forgot mine and after some minor sink clogging issues, the front desk staff moved me to another upgraded room without hesitation. Thank you again!!

Everything! We were welcomed with the invigorating aroma of the hotel lobby. Facilities were exceptional -kitchenette & laundry machines inside our room made our stay felt like it was home.
