Good location And good service! Very clean room !!

Very nice hotel in the centre of the city. Comes with a restaurant, a gym and lovely comfortable rooms. The staff are excellent and very helpful whenever we need anything. We rebooked with them as we were impressed, but had to cancel last minute due to travel disruptions. I didn’t even ask them for a refund as it was past the refund period, but they did so automatically which was very professional and kind of them. Highly recommended

Quiet location,with stores,restaurants and a Park nearby. Room facing an inner courtyard was very peaceful to stay in.Breakfast served to your room substantial.A very pleasant stay! Will stay here again.

Warm, welcoming and helpful staff

The small staff is always so helpful and story nice (as are the owners), rooms are super quiet and super clean. The location is very close to the airport bus and other public transport. Overall the vibe there was also great. Not like a hotel more like a very big house. Never felt crowded at any point. I came back five times for all my stops in Santiago.

Great staff.. so helpful and friendly. They gave us cold sparkling water and coffee after our long journey. They gave us chocolates, provided wine at 7pm and the breakfast was really good

The customer service was exceptional and made our stay very comfortable. Communication through WhatsApp was very reliable & punctual. Caesar took excellent care of us during our stay. The staff were kind and welcoming, the hospitality was truly great! Definitely my top choice of stag when I return to this charming city!

Wonderful boutique hotel! Staff were fabulous and there was gluten-free bread at breakfast which I really appreciated. Rooms were comfy and having the courtyard out in the back garden was a delight. Highly recommend for couples.
