I just want to say that my stay at this hotel in Shanghai was absolutely great. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was amazing — honestly, beyond my expectations. I’d especially like to mention one of the staff members, Nelly. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I can truly say I’ve never experienced service like this before. She was bilingual, which was a huge plus, because in other parts of China communication was often a challenge. Nelly went completely out of her way to help me in every possible way. Big room, comfortable bed., spacious bathroom, very clean. Surprisingly we really enjoy the restaurant/ lounge. The food i(chinese food) is amazing. The only negative...it is quite far from city center.
