Really great hotel in the center of Shanghai. Everything just felt right from the moment we arrived. The rooms are very clean and huge😍, you can tell they pay attention to details. The view from window is amazing. To wake up with panoramic views to the center of Shanghai is unbelievable 👍🏻. Service is excellent — the staff is friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with ⭐️ Special thanks to Edwin — very polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole experience even better. Location is perfect, super convenient to get anywhere. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Would definitely come back again.

Nice staff, clean & big room, good location (walking distance to Metro Line 4 and not far from the bund). And check-out time is 14:00! My reservation didn't include breakfast, but they added it for me for free.

Excellent hospitality and service, they were able to help me with all my problems and were attentive throughout. My room was also very clean with no complaints. Hotel is located very nice with access to shopping centres nearby and metro stations. Food delivery was also convenient with a dedicated food collection station at the lobby. Overall stay was amazing! Highly recommended.

The locations is very close to train stations and the bund

Good value and simple supper is also provided (booked with breakfast). There is also free use of their washing machine which is extremely useful if you are staying for many days.
