The location of the hotel was great! The staff was so helpful. I intentionally left some older clithing. The staff took photos and alerted me quickly regarding my things.

The hotel is very comfortable, located just walking distance to the west lake and various shopping mall. The room quite spacious and cozy. In the hotel there is a garden that oversee the west lake. The breakfast is also delicious with lots of variety. Overall it is a very good experience.

Location, beautiful and unique decor, tentative service

The hotel was nice, even the receptionist help us a lot to book for breakfast at cheap price. The facilities so great, love their laundry room and there's a lady who was very helpful with the laundry. All or the staffs so friendly and helpful. Looking foward to stay there again!
