It was my favourite room I stayed in my whole 6-week trip! I got a private room on a high bed, I loved it so much, it was so fun climbing up to my bed every night :D The TV had so much selection too, so comfortable, the lobby was spacious, clean, and looks beautiful. The staff were also super kind and helpful when I wanted to extend my stay for three nights! My Alipay was not working so I had to get cash and they were very understanding and kind! Also so nice that there is a delicious noodle restaurant in the building!

Everything. Staff were great and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. There is supper every night. The gym is pretty well equipped for a hotel in Shanghai - it had two treadmills, a rower, weights, and a cable machine. Metro line 14 is right across the street from the hotel, and it is a walking distance to Jing An temple.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Shanghai, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to public transport, restaurants, and shopping areas, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. The staff are friendly, polite, and always helpful, making the whole stay smooth and comfortable from check-in onward. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Overall, it’s a reliable, good-quality hotel that offers great value. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Great location, great amenities, good room size, helpful staff.

Breakfast was diverse and very well staffed.

The staff was very nice and helpful, staff jiajia helped us with all our big group restaurant bookings and staff leo with car arrangements and the night staff was also very helpful when some rooms needed changing. It is a 600m walk from the metro which is very convenient and the rooms and facilities are kept clean! We were a group of 20 people and it was very convenient for all of us!

Their room is good and the comfort room has bidet which is super👍👍👍👍. And the staffs are all nice.

We stay here every time we visit Shanghai. It's a good Homestay in a perfect location with friendly staff. The rooms are basic, small, but quiet.The room provides everything you need.

Gorgeous property in a great location. Staff was incredibly patient and kind. They went out of their way to find some packages my aunt had sent me without a room number on them. The complimentary juice and wontons were delicious! Housekeeping was lovely too.
