The best view and the best breakfast ever .

Hotel was stunning, the room and view was incredible

Clean modern hotel in the heart of Shanghai. All floors are high-floor with great views. Wish we opted in for the Oriental Pearl view though (don't get mislead by "City View" being the "city" - it's rather back-city 😁). Great facilities, heated pool, spa. Great breakfast buffet combining western and eastern cuisines while overlooking Shanghai from 90-something floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't see too many people there (compared to Grand Hyatt). Next visit would definitely choose Park.

It has the best view of Shanghai and staffs in there are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will go again.

Great location, clean and spacious

We had a memorable stay in this hotel. IT is right in the centre of activity in Shanghai and the Shanghai Tower and the skyway are in walking distance. The Riverside too is by the hotel and we enjoyed the walk by the river. The Tunnel too is just within walking distance as a result we were able to walk to the opposite side of the river. the view of the river and the lit up buildings from the hotel window was just spectacular. It would recommend to pay a little extra for the river view.

The location and helpful staff

The location is perfect, close to public transport station. The are is not too crowded, but still closed to the main attractions. Besides, you can’t say no to free first round of mini bar and laundry service.

Very good location and comfortable rooms at a good price

Nicely warm decoration and the environment is clean. Food is good with various options for its size. Location is perfect having Lujiazui Center nearby, you would find lots of great restaurants inside.
