New ZealandWe had a memorable stay in this hotel. IT is right in the centre of activity in Shanghai and the Shanghai Tower and the skyway are in walking distance. The Riverside too is by the hotel and we enjoyed the walk by the river. The Tunnel too is just within walking distance as a result we were able to walk to the opposite side of the river. the view of the river and the lit up buildings from the hotel window was just spectacular. It would recommend to pay a little extra for the river view.

The location is very good. The Oriental Pearl tower is a few bus stops a a short Didi ride away. Many good restaurants and a ahopping mall is nearby.
Mr Chen was great help in everything. Communication war great. I am especially thankful for him for helping us buy a simcard. He is a very nive guy and I give this hotel a 10* review especially because of him!
The room. Had a great view (20th floor) on the Bund, AC was good. Silent. Confy beds.

Right across the Shanghai tower with easy access to metro. We had the “river view” room and even though could not see the Oriental Pearl Tower, the view is still excellent.

This accommodation boasts impeccably clean apartments with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The 23rd-floor location offers stunning views of the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Huangpu River. The housekeeper is available 24/7 and promptly delivers bottled water if needed. The service is excellent and the staff are very helpful. This was our favorite accommodation in Shanghai.

Great and convenient location. On Nanjing pedestrian street, not too far from Peoples Square metro station and still within walking distance to the Bund. Room was clean and comfortable, with partial view of the pedestrian street and the Oriental Pearl tower. Lot of shops and food places nearby. Bottle water was provided everyday during our stay. Good service. We had a minor issue with some lights and electrical outlets, and they fixed it immediately.

We stayed at the Novotel Atlantis Shanghai and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel is about 1 mile from the Oriental Pearl Tower and the center of Lujiazui; and a few min of walk from a subway station. The hotel staff was very welcoming and they upgraded us to a room with Jacuzzi free of charge (thanks, Yuki!). We're highly impressed by the view of the room which overlooks the Huangpu River and entire city. Plus, the revolving restaurant on the top floor for breakfast was unforgettable! - Highly recommended!

I would say the service of the property owner are perfect. They provided a beauty and comfortable places for us in our 6 days trip. Also, location of this property are very convenient, and beautiful night view to the Oriental Pearl Tower. Property owner also provide immediate solution for us when we facing any problem in our trip. It’s is a good and recommended accommodation for big family. 💯
