All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. From the time we checked in at the front desk, restaurant to the cleaning staff we always felt welcomed and well taken care of.

The bedrooms comes with a king and single bed which is good for bigger families. Also, the staff were nice and attentive, always asking if we need to make our room or extra water. The washer and dryer facilities were also great to help us with washing our clothes.

Park Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Shanghai. Its central location puts you close to all the main sights and right next to several metro lines. I absolutely loved staying at Dayin! Everything was so conveniently located from food spots to shopping areas, which made getting around incredibly easy. The staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had forgotten to bring towels, but they provided free disposable towels every day, which honestly felt like a luxury. I’d especially like to commend Jing, Niu, Yi, and Ze, along with the rest of the team, for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. They even allowed us a free late checkout since our flight was in the evening, such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting!

Location is pefect on Nanjing road. Breakfast is ok, can be improved. Very clean, mini bar for free, late snacks offered also for free. They have a gym and washing machines

The staff and location are very good. I've stayed here for the third time for 4 nights. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will stay here again. The service car to The airport is very convenient.
