This new Four Seasons hotel in the center of Hangzhou offered us an exceptional experience, excelling in service, dining, facilities, and more. From the moment of arrival, we were greeted with warm, attentive service that made us feel valued and well-cared-for throughout our stay. We stayed in this new Four Seasons hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment ! The buffet breakfast options were impressive, with a variety of gourmet dishes including Chinese and Western flavors that showcase both creativity and quality ingredients, ensuring a memorable culinary experience. Hotel facilities, including the rooms, garden, fitness center, spa, and pool, are modern, luxury and provide guests with all the amenities needed for both relaxation and recreation. Additional features such as responsive concierge, attentive staff in the restaurant and seamless check-in and check-out processes add to the comfort and ease of staying here. Overall, this hotel sets a high standard, delivering a well-rounded and satisfying experience that makes it a top choice for our future travels.

The location was excellent. Metro, big shopping complex, local eateries are all within 5-7 minutes walk. The hotel is spotless. The free laundry service is also much appreciated. The lobby has delicious free red dates tea. The shower was powerful.

Great place, excellent location. Walkable distance to Wulin. The room is cozy, the room service is excellent. The front desk was super helpful in every single way. The breakfast was a buffet style, has a lot of healthy options out there. The room is also super quiet at night. The security guard helped me to load all my suitcases into didi taxi. He was extremely helpful!

Really nice clean and modern hotel. Great location too about a 6 minute walk to the nearest subway station. We really liked the self-service laundry room, which was very clean and had up-to-date appliances. Staff were super welcoming and helpful.

The staff was great. It's nice to have coffee and cold water near the front desk. The check in process took a bit long, but was mitigated by the manager's warm smiles.
