Great location, clean and nice facilities

I like the bed..so comfy, the big miror outside the bathroom makes us could do a make up properly with the good lighting. The room quite spacious..very clean and neat. The staff very helpfull and informative. The location was good, nearby there is some resto and mini market. Next time will stay at this hotel if I visit Hangzhou.

Great location, great staff. Joey, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful in getting us a free upgrade to the king loft with other amenities. Kids loved the two floors and we enjoyed the huge living room too! Will definitely book again!

Great room! Great location. Great breakfast. The staff are really awesome: sympathetic and ready to help. We enjoyed everything and ended up extending our stay!

The staff were very helpful and the room was nice. There’s space to hang your cloths to dry right outside the room window. It’s close to West Lake and there’s a fruit shop near by and other food places.

The location of the hotel was great! The staff was so helpful. I intentionally left some older clithing. The staff took photos and alerted me quickly regarding my things.
