The hotel was stunning!! Very happy with The Langham. The location was perfect and close to shopping and restaurants. the staff were very polite, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. Very, Very happy and would love to come back and stay again.

It’s a little oasis in the mission of old French concession, amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. It has beautiful gardens, windy paths, immaculate lawns, and buildings are an interesting mix of both somewhat western and classic Chinese style. The rooms are super clean, and ours have a little balcony that looks out to the cityscape. The photos on bookings.com definitely understated how big and beautiful the property is, which was a nice surprise when we arrived. It also has the breakfast buffet of royals with everything east and west you can think of. Location is perfect - away from the Bund crowd, in the middle of French concession, plenty of cute coffees and bars just nearby, about 10 minutes walk to the tube and very lively at night
