Everything was beyond excellent! The staff was very welcoming, very helpful and friendly. We had a room on the first floor in the first night and it was noisy, being close to the reception. The way the staff handled the situation was perfect: they understood our needs and immediately moved us to a higher floor. We received support with other inquiries too. Breakfast was also delicious.

Location in the center of pudong.

We had a 4am flight and we asked for take out breakfast and they really prepare it eventhough so early..

Staff is very polite and always helpful. Room was clean. Especially, from high floor room city view is great. I enjoyed with my stay in this hotel.

Attention to detail. My stay happened to be on my birthday and the staff were kind enough to leave a surprise birthday cake and card for me to find when I returned.

The room is confortable and clean, the location is quite good, 10 minutes walking from the metro station. Breakfast was ok, and staff was nice and helpful
