Clean, friendly stafs, close to metro

The property is nice and the staffs are wonderful especially Amy & VIvi they really assisted me in a lot of things it’s a great place to visit and the facility is neat. Breakfast excellent

The staff was very attended and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were very sweet to our children as well! Hotel is very near the metro station (not even 5 min. walk?). I would recommand everyone to stay here 😃

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall it offered good value for money. Special shout-out to floor manager Adele for going the extra mile and being extremely helpful during our stay.

The room was spacious, equipped with all needed facilities. Clean and comfortable. There is a shopping mall on 3-4 minutes walking, plenty of restaurants around. Good location, little bit far away from the city center, approx. 30 minutes by taxi.

It was in a very good location with shops cafes and next to the metro stop. Great and friendly service from the team. It was really great the breakfast restaurant with many options and great quality. Frank at the reception really helped us with the check in and the late check out. The spa area was amazing with much space, clean and even a swimsuit drying machine. Very satisfied with the experience and I would definitely consider repeating my stay when I’m back in Shanghai!

Stayed four nights. Great location. Room and bathroom size was quite large. The hotel staff was awesome! An excellent value for the price. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

It was cheap and accessible Nice rooms. I asked to change rooms because they were doing repairs next door and they moved me to a better room
