Impeccable in every aspect: the staff, the room, the breakfast, the restaurants, the rooftop space with views of the city were simply outstanding.

We got a gorgeous upgrade into a room that had a bath in the bedroom, was a lovely surprise! The library on the ground floor is so nice and a great place to have a drink and a read.

Amazing bed! I managed to rest so much that I missed my alarm! Amazing staff and location as well!

Beautiful hotel, perfect location! The rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is great and the staff was amazing, especially Saq who welcomed us upon arrival, who was so nice and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday there and they spoiled us with a delicious treat. I will most definitely visit again.

The property was clean and ready for our use when we arrived. The gated building was a nice security feature.

I had a great stay. I would stay there again. Incredibly convenient location. My room was clean and private. The bed was alright (I slept on the comforter to make it a little softer for my preference). My room was warm (in December) and spacious. It was in the basement. It didn't have a window, but had a convenient sink and desk in room. The shared bathroom was clean. The shower was fine and located one level up. Not a problem. My room decor was dated, but I didn't mind. For the price it's fine. People need to be realistic about what they are paying for. What I paid for a private room and a 12 minute walk from Covent Garden was a great deal.

Good location , you can go all famous streets from the hotel by walking. Big room is very comfortable and the staff is very helpfull

The location is perfect, so many big sights within walking distance. Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very very friendly, let us check in hours early. Next time in London would definitely pick a Z !
