We really enjoyed the hotel room. It was clean and comfortable. A very large window brought in so much natural light. We were in room #6, the top floor, which might have been a concern with it being so hot during this heatwave, but the hotel provided a portable floor air conditioner, which completely cooled the room down while we were in it. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best I've slept in. The hotel location was just a few minutes walk from the beach and Brighton Pier, and a 10 minute walk to Royal Pavillion & The Lanes. An excellent location. An added perk was the digital guidebook the hotel created. We accessed this throughout our time in Brighton while on the go. It featured many restaurants, attractions, and pubs. Found it very handy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Don't get too excited unless you're a fan of Daniel on the Channel 4 show, The Undateables. But it is typical of the fun fair of England's piers, which were quite popular in the late 1800's and early 1900's. It's a peak back in history. The rides do not operate all year, but the coin games are inside and are open year-round.

This property's biggest strength is its location. Everything is within easy walking distance, including Brighton Pier, the main shopping area, and numerous cafés and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, practical, and well laid out with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. You just need to be prepared to DIY most things using the provided access code. Having a restaurant downstairs was an added bonus, especially for breakfast or brunch. A great base for exploring Brighton, offering both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful. My wife dropped her charger, and the staff found it and handed it to the reception. The location is superb—just a 3-4 minute walk to Brighton Pier, and the seaside is literally a 1-minute walk from the hotel; you just need to cross the road. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-maintained, and stocked with complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The sauna, gym, steam room, and pool are free of charge for hotel guests.

Staff friendly, view from room quite nice, only two flights of stairs, was quiet on our stay but you can hear people in and out using the night exit and stairs. Walk to Brighton Pier takes about 40 minutes but a nice stroll and lots to see. You can see watersports going on from the Hotel.
