During my 11 nights stay I really found this hotel to be perfect, starting from the check in with the amazing staff till the check out everything was just perfect. The hotel is in a great location while still not suffering from the noise of the main street, new and very clean.

Welcomed to hotel , offered help with suitcase as requested before arrival. Very welcoming. Room large and very nicely furnished/ equipped.

Staff were excellent and the room was beautiful. Location was perfect as we liked a short walk in the morning, which took around 10 minutes. Breakfast was great value and plenty of choice

We spent four nights here over Christmas, as a family that travels a lot, this was a stay that really stood out. The staff went the extra mile and the attention to detail was unparalleled. From a little robe and slippers for our daughter. Milk and cookies every evening. One detail that I’ve never had before, was our charing cables next to the bed were neatly tied every night. The staff were all tremendous, if there was an option for a 6th star ⭐️ that would’ve been well deserved.

Affordable and easy access to tram

Everything. The person who received us and assisted us was the best! So helpful and caring. Wish everyone was like her! We were taking a 3 day tour after staying here and had not managed to get availability at this property so had to choose another. We asked the other if we could leave our bigger luggage there before check in and they said no. We were going to pay at the train station to leave it but the Terrace Hotel offered to keep it at no cost. Made things easy for us! Loved it and love them! Room was enormous with all necessary an view to the garden!

Lovely room. Ideal location for us - bus ride or walk to city centre. Local street parking using RingGo app. Mostly 4 hour parking but 9 hours on Annandale Rd. Car could be extended for up to 4 hours the following morning.

Everything was nice and they also have an in house DJ

The Breakfast was very good, the hotel was awesome , when we arrived we were given a tour of the hotel. The location was great. The room was awesome, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely come back.

Location - pefrect! located in front of tram, mall, and church. tesco beside the hotel, fast food and pubs everywhere Staff - very accommodating Breakfast is included - good way to start your day

Quiet, comfortable, very friendly staff. Perfect location. Right at Calton Hill and easy walk to Old Town.

The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. They make sure that your stay will be great!
