Exceeded expectations very good all round

I had moved from another hotel due to a bad experience. The receptionist on the evening of 31st March could not have been kinder to me. She went above and beyond her duties to look after me and I thank her for this.

It was okay. modern building and facilities. very spacious room and there was bathtub and shower. indoor pool.

It was super close to the Kilburn Park station. It had a really great cafe onsite. Comfortable and clean rooms. Wonderful service and staff.

The staff were so welcoming - the rooms very comfortable and safe ❤️

How close it was to the roundhouse

Very cozy rooms! Loved the bathroom and the heated floor. Had a good view of the street. The staff was very friendly . Great location near stores and restaurants. The train is right across from the hotel. I took the train to and from the airport and to all my sight seeing

Hotel is very good, friendly staff and very good breakfast. Surrounding is very interesting, lively, full of stores and caffes etc.

This is a great hotel! I came here two times, for two trips to London, and I will be back and do recommend it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and cozy, you have a free bottle of water and coffee in the rooms. It is very well conected to the city center with the underground.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room and common areas were very clean, and the location was quite convenient—just an 11-minute walk to the nearest tube station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Would definitely recommend!

The only decent thing about it is the location.

The location is excellent because is very close to the subway. The bus that stops by goes to the Hyde park and other estrategic locations. The room was very silent. My husband and I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was very generous with a lot of options. The staff were very nice and receptive.

Super easy to get to on the Tube. Right next to Swiss Cottage stop and pub.

Very clean, conveniently located and close to restaurants.
