Breakfast was great. Location was ideal for us. Near to all the things we went to see.

Perfect location and a great seaside town hotel, perfectly located for the Opera House / Winter Gardens, and many bars & restaurants. A two minute walk to the beach and pier. Lovely greeting from Robert, who also cooked us a great breakfast! Spotlessly clean. Parking on the road to the side of the hotel, or secure parking for a small charge a few yards away. We were called the day before by Carol, the owner, asking if we would like to check in early. Overall, extremely helpful and accomodating.

Location was great nice clean comfortable bed.. breakfast was spot on good choices 😁 had a great stay would definitely go back.

The staff are kind and welcoming. They really want the guest to have a great staff. I enjoyed the afternoon entertainment. It was great to have a restaurant on premises. The location is excellent! It's on the promenade plus it is walkable to the rail station.

I arrived and was asked if I didn't mind stairs which is a nono for me. The guy on reception gave me a large room on the ground floor which was perfect

Nice little hotel great location

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is well situated for a short break with a tram stop opposite which we used to travel up and down to see the lights.

Great location, clean and freshly decorated room it seemed. Upgraded us to an ensuite instead of shared bathroom

Hotel was clean and tidy very quiet when checked in which was a breeze louder at night as we was on the front but didn’t disturb us Great location only very short walk from Blackpool North and easy access for bars, Clubs etc

Location- easy walkingto the train, shops, the Wintergardens, restaurants, the pier. cleanliness- room was very clean and cozy, good shower, towel warmer. kind staff- helpful with recommendations, and as a solo female traveler, I felt safe the whole time

The location was great... The room was a good size bed was clean and comfortable.. bathroom was spotless the shower was hot plenty of toilet tissue and lovely little bottles of toiletries plenty of choice when it came to tea and coffee..

Great location comfy and cosy stay

The hosts were lovely and very friendly made us feel welcome. The hotel had a lovely feeling to it it was what I would call a proper Blackpool hotel it was a lovely stay there.

The property did not do Breakfast, which did not cause us any issues. The property was EXCELLENT in every way, location, cleanliness, facilities, the bed/room, staff etc etc.

A wonderful little place to stay in Blackpool. Wonderful staff, excellent food, will no doubt be staying there again

I had a great stay at Forshaws Hotel. And thanks to the fact that I did the registration online I just came in, got my room card, and I was good to access my room. Checking out was the same. The staff was nice and gave me.all the informations I needed. Next year I will come back.
