Loved the location. My room was easily accessible, roomy and the facilities were great. Breakfast and dinner were both great.

The location is perfect if you arrive on the train. Staff is nice and helpful.

Absolutely adored this place, it was so cozy and close to town centre. My little window that looked out to the river I loved! Very quiet, couldn’t hear any of my neighbours.

Location was amazing. We stayed there for our Inverness trip and it was also our wedding anniversary. It was great that they decorated our room with balloons and left a nice note.

Staff, location, food, rooms, everything!

The rooms were a good size, bed comfortable and upstairs away from the main bar. It was warmer weather during our stay and the staff tracked down a pedestal fan for us to use to move the air around. We had a few different meals in the bar and the restaurant all of which were enjoyable and well presented. We didn't have breakfast included in the package as we were uncertain of our movements each day but were able to have breakfast a couple of times and pay the additional; cost which was reasonable value for money. The location was perfect for us to traverse north to John O groats and back again in the one day..big drive day but the long daylight hours helps and was still able to get a meal and drinks at the late arrival back. Bar and restauarant areas were both comfortable, clean and bar staff friendly.

This fantastic hotel along River Ness provides prompt, friendly service, and clean spaces. Of course, there’s a picturesque view and an amazing breakfast to go along with it.

Unique, gorgeous decor, and fantastic staff. Not just another cookie cutter hotel. We wished we had booked a longer stay as we never had a chance to soak in the claw foot tub. Jim is a wonderful and interesting host and the room was gorgeous. Breakfast was made to order and very generous in portions. We took a walk from the beach to the fairy pools in the morning and had a great day.

We had the most incredible dinner and breakfast. The walk down to the Rocky beach was unbelievably gorgeous. This area of Ireland is not to miss. Incredibly run property with kindness and expertise.

The location is close to the city centre, for those looking for Rabbies group tours pick up location. It has a cool bar. Staff were friendly & professional. The rooms are big & very clean. It has enough car park too.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. Good bar and restaurant. Short walk to downtown for live entertainment. Well worth it.
