What I liked most about this hotel was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to lend a hand, whether it was with luggage or anything else I needed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also top-notch, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient, everything was just a short walk away. And there is a hair salon 3 min walk, I loved that. The room was phenomenal, spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bed was especially impressive: large, cozy, and perfect for a great night’s sleep. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Highly recommended

The room was very spacious for a solo type of accommodation. The location is pretty good for it is just a few steps away from the Haymarket tram station. Towels and linens were all fresh. Good hot shower! Very clean. Good looking Victorian style of interiors.

The staff, location and hotel was lovely in a very central location in Edinburgh, close to Usher Hall and walking distance to most places of interest. The Hop on Hop off bus stops just across the road.

Very Clean room with everything I needed. Easy access to the airport and other tourism sites.

Great Location, room was nice and cold. (I like that) clean, comfy bed. Staff were great. Kettle heated up very quickly. We got a room with a beautiful view of Edinburgh. No complaints! Thank you!
