Absolutely everything! From the minute we walked in the staff were amazing. We turned up in extremely bad weather two hours early for checking in and they made us feel welcome in the little bar area while they got our room ready for us. The room was really nice and modern, not something I’m used to seeing in Blackpool lol. It had a modern electric heater that really warmed the room up quite quickly, and the carpets were amazing to walk on, really plush. Any questions we asked were more than happily answered, and the staff were amazing. I thought the little touches of free bottled water in our room, and mugs with lids to keep your brew warm were a great touch as well as proper Yorkshire tea bags as well lol.

In the heart of Blackpool, with a large car park and free WiFi, this hotel has a traditional restaurant and lively bar.
