All perfect and very helpful staff

The room was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for recharging after a few days of physical activities. It was also valentines day and the hotel made special arrangements with my partner to give me a surprise. The facilities and amenities were great, and the location was convenient to explore the bustling parts of the city.

Walking distance from Surabaya Gubeng. Very clean and comfy!

Location is excellent, right in the middle of the main street. Easy to get around and to reach train station. Room is clean.

We stayed very short time at the hotel and during our stay everything was perfect. They have nice open buffet dinner available in the Lime restaurant and it is a very good value for money. I recommend it.
