Location was very good , restaurant is amazing ! And loved the pool and sauna

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us especially Ken.

The hotel was amazing, the staff was great and they even upgraded our suite to a larger size for free. The location was right in the middle of all the action! It was extremely quiet, close to the train station and very clean. The waterfall in the courtyard was completely unexpected and magical. We even saw a wedding there!

breakfast was great , easy to access , no queueing, food was hot and staff kept place clean and tidy after the guests to keep room for Turnover of new guests . location is excellent, you are right in the heart of the city

Great stay at the fantastic Oriel House hotel in beautiful Ballincollig. Friendly staff, excellent facilities, comfortable rooms and great food too. Only a short bus ride to Cork city too which is a big plus for somebody that doesn't drive. Stayed at the property a few times now, and will definitely be returning again!

Breakfast was good, location was great. Very helpful staff on reception, even offered to help carry up our bag which was greatly appreciated. Great having a free parking spot.

Location was brilliant for the city center. With the car parking beside the hotel it was great. Staff were so friendly & helpful. All together had a terrific stay, only for heading back home for work & the kids having school we would of stayed for an extra night. 100% will be back again.

Very nice property. Rooms were some of the most comfortable we have experienced. Great beds with very good air conditioning. Staff was very attentive. Dinner at restaurant was outstanding.

Hayfield Manor never, ever disappoints. I had a superb massage, during my visit. The meal in Perrotts Restaurant for 4 of us was fabulous. Keep doing what yer doing Hayfield.

The hotel is in a very good location to relax and close to the shopping. Good area spa. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much
