It location, food and service. The view is marvelous. Our room was on the same floor as the lawn and we had great views of the lake and the green patch of the Palani hills. We are vegetarians and were served tasty dishes. The service was prompt and cordial.

The staff were excellent — very attentive, approachable, and extremely caring. I visited Kodaikanal with my mother, who is a patient and has difficulty walking. The team went out of their way to assist us, providing a wheelchair and ensuring she was comfortably settled into the room. They were very accommodating with our food requests as well, preparing meals exactly as my mother needed. It was truly a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. A special thanks to Raja, who was available round the clock for any assistance we needed. People like Raja are a true asset to the hospitality industry. Thank you so much once again for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

- The hotel’s location is excellent, with many essential spots within walking distance, such as the bus stand, local market, Kodai Lake, Bryant Park, and Coaker’s Walk. - The breakfast is quite good, however as a suggestion adding a wider variety of items could better cater to different types of travelers. - Could have provide the room heater depends on the weather as it is bit cold as compared to other states. Excellent great choice of food

Great onboarding. Rooms were awesome, clean and neat. We have planned for candle light dinner and the same has been done on request with camp fire. The environment was so awesome and well maintained by staffs. Good for nature lovers

The staff was very helpful, my mother was not feeling that well, the staff was very patient and understanding. They even gave an upgrade since it was a late night check in. Facilities were great.

I had a great stay! We have book 6 rooms The room was clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding area was amazing — peaceful and beautiful. A special mention to Santosh from the staff, who was very helpful, respectful, and always available whenever I needed any assistance. His excellent service really made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Really generous staff! They provided us the free upgrade and the rooms were really clean and has almost all facilities. Wifi in Lobby area, hot water 24/7, spacious room with enough furniture and balcony for fresh air! Also, location is right next to the bus stand! Thank you for your hospitality!
