Spiritually Enriching Visit to Shrinathji Temple, Nathdwara We recently visited Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara with our family, and it was a truly divine and spiritually fulfilling experience. We had the opportunity to participate in the Sanmukh Darshan of Lord Shrinathji, which was incredibly moving. Before our visit, we made an online booking through the temple’s official website https://www.nathdwaratemple.org/ , which we highly recommend to avoid last-minute hassles. Please note that mobile phones and any kind of baggage are strictly prohibited inside the temple premises. It’s best to leave them at your hotel or with a trusted person before entering the queue. Sanmukh Darshan can get very crowded, especially during Aarti timings, so we suggest reaching the temple at least 30–40 minutes early to find your place in the line and avoid any rush or confusion. After Darshan, we opted for a guided tour within the temple, which was very informative. The guide walked us through various sacred areas such as: • Prasadi Bhawan • Flower arrangement area for Lord Shrinathji • The divine Sudarshan Chakra • Laddu Gopalji Darshan • The temple kitchen If you’re interested in a guide, negotiate the price beforehand, as there are no fixed charges. Outside the temple, the streets are lined with vibrant shops selling Lord Krishna dresses, malas, idols, and various religious items. Bargaining is common and expected, so feel free to negotiate for better prices. We also purchased Prasadi directly from the temple, and our guide helped us through the process smoothly.
