Everything! The staff is exceptional. The concierge team is unbelievable and extremely knowledgeable. It's really luxurious and every detail has been thought thoroughly. The location is fantastic.

The gentleman at the desk were extremely helpful. They recognize me by name because I had spoken on the phone with one of them and emailed another. It was great to be recognized. We were treated extremely well.

The location of the hotel is great. It is distant from crowds of Venice tourists, but still close to the main areas of the city Nice breakfast is offered for extra payment. The garden of the hotel makes the atmosphere unique. The owners helped with luggage storage after the check in. Nice decorated rooms

It's located near St Mark's Square but situated in a small alley where locals live. It's short walking distance to many places. The room is very clean especially the hardwood floor. We just walked bare foot in the room.

Amazing breakfast to start your day. Well positioned for ferry options and museums. A retreat after a busy day meandering through the streets of Venice.

I loved the garden, it was very unexpected, and very peaceful hotel for a busy city, the location was great, it wasn't around too many touristic area so it was a nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent location. The room was small but perfect for us. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Breakfast is optional at an extra fee but there are plenty of places within a 3 minute walking distance to get a coffee and pastry. So much to see. Make sure to get the water taxi day pass as it’s the main transport in Venice. Would definitely stay there again. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming.

Everything! I rarely give a 10/10 but there’s always a first. The best was the service that was provided which was very professional, kind, and warm (Thank you Nazanin). We felt so at home and were beyond surprised with the complimentary water taxi ride to Murano and private factory tour. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect. The recommendations were 10/10 and our room & bed were very comfortable.

Great location near Grand Canal and vaporetto stop, which give you an opportunity to get to different sights fast and easy. Also staff are very polite, full breakfast, interior.
